You can apply personally at school reception or can apply online as well.
Advantages of applying online:
By registering online through e-registration, your application details will reach us instantly. You only have to send a printed version of the registration form along with the enclosures to "THE ADMISSION INCHARGE, GREEN GROVE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, Near Panthangi Toll Gate, Gundlabavi, Choutuppal, Nalgonda – 508252".
A receipt of the acknowledgement will be sent to your e-mail ID as provided by you while registering online.
You can view the status of your registration by using your online registration number. E - Registration will also prompt you if you omit any of the mandatory fields, thus minimizing the chances of your registration getting rejected.

Points to remember:
- All the registration forms along with necessary documents should reach to the school within a week.
- A printed copy of the registration form submitted online along with all the documents and registration fee of Rs 25/- (in Cash only) should be dispatched in an envelope highlighting the Name of the Candidate, Class for which admission is sought and the registration number provided by e-registration.
- You can Drop-in the registration form at school reception personally or Send by Post/Courier.
- Incomplete registration forms or forms without supporting documents will be rejected.
- Registration is no guarantee for Admission.
- All documents should be attested by a gazetted officer.
- After accomplishing the registration process, student will be called upon to take an admission test. Basing on the marks obtained in the admission test, his admission will be confirmed. The details of the test are as follows:

The portion for the admission test will be the important concepts in the last class studied.
Important Dates:
- COMMON FOR ALL (NUR.): 01st January 2014: Registration for admission open 15th January 2014: Last date to submit the registration form
- FOR PRE-SCHOOL / PRE-PRIMARY (NUR. / K.G.): 17th January 2014: Declaration of 1st List of Candidates selected under General Category and Waiting List.
- For class I to X - 1st march 2014 onwards: Registration for admission open.
Prerequisite for applying online:
- You first need to access a computer with a printer.
- You need to have an authentic e-mail id for further correspondence.
- Keep ready with you, attested photocopy of the following documents.
Documents required submitting for the admission:
- *Attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of the Child.
- *Latest Original Medical Certificate of the Child duly signed by the parent.
- Blood Group of the child (from the renowned pathology lab)
- *Attested photocopy of Residence Proof (Electricity Bill, Ration Card, Telephone bill etc.)
- Post card photograph of the parent along with the child in centre.
- Proof of Sibling (Wherever applicable)
- Affidavit of Single Child (Wherever applicable)
- *Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (Wherever applicable)
- *Attested photocopy of Income Certificate from SDM in case of EWS Quota
- Attested photocopy of Ration Card (BPL Card) in case of EWS Quota
- Attested photocopy of Disadvantage Group Certificate in case of EWS Quota
- *School Leaving Certificate in original, duly counter signed by Education Officer.
- Attested photocopy of the previous year’s report card.
